During the first phase, we immerse ourselves in your brand. It’s our job to understand your goals, unique voice, audiences, and how your current copy performs.

We learn all about your brand through a mix of interviews, analytics, user testing, and more so we can better craft copy that engages your target audience.

Next, we draft and write copy. Our writing isn’t just informational — it is actually designed to persuade. This might be a shift from how you normally write, but we promise you’ll be pleasantly surprised with your first draft!

Speaking of first drafts…

Rather than just handing over a text document, we’ll review your copy together on a live call so we can quickly get your feedback and be on our way to a final draft.

Once you’ve approved the final copy it’s time to take our copy to the next level! We’ll polish off your copy with the following:

• Wireframe + Overview Video - We provide a png of your wireframe for the design team and create a custom Loom video that helps walk your team through the copy.

• Page Description - We will write up and include the text search engines use to feature your page in search results.

• Images Suggestions - We will usually provide a few ideas for images that might be relevant.

• Final Proof - And last but certainly not least, we will do one final round of proofreading so that we can confidently deliver you the best web copy. 

• Deliverables Folder -You’ll get everything you need in one handy folder that you can download and add to your own files to refer to for as long as you like!
