About 80% of the work we do is tailored one-time projects for our clients and the other 20% are monthly support. A tailored project might be a custom messaging framework or a fully written and designed annual report. Trainings can be customized as well. On going support can include monthly content drops, or newsletter support.

We accept payments via Stripe, check, or ACH. For one-time projects, it’s 50% at the start and 50% at the finish. Monthly plans are prepaid.
